Cozy private efficiency in my home, 8 miles-downtown Raleigh, NCSU, RTP, Cary, RDU airport and nature parks (Lake Johnson, Umstead Park, Lake Jordan) Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven provided. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room/dining area. There is a tenant with 2 small dogs who lives on property in their own private space. ( There entrance is the back of the house)

Easy parking next to the house. Very nice front porch.the bed was comfortable. the shower was hot and nice water pressure. The decor was very homey and in good taste. we enjoyed the books and magazines to read. Close to good places to eat. and close to Cary where we had a memorial service we wanted to go to.Leslie always got right back to us when we had a question

I absolutely loved this place, it was so cute and comfy! I am one that loves antique pieces, and this made me feel right at home. Leslie was very responsive to my messages and questions. The neighbor hood was quiet and close to everywhere that I needed to go. Great location-close to NCSU

This quaint little home near the campus of NC State University was perfect for our overnight stay for college orientation. The home was clean, there were plenty of amenities, and we will stay again when we are back in the area.
