Minutes away from RDU International Airport, RTP, Triangle area in general, shopping malls and Restaurants. This Private Guest suite/apt. is inside a residential home located in a Quiet, peaceful and friendly Golf course community. Self check-in at private entrance with access codes sent day of arrival. All walls sound dampened for discrete privacy. It's a short drive to anywhere in the RTP area. Free pool within subdivision, high speed Wi-fi and printer on site.

Special Olympics

My daughter competed in the State Special Olympics and normally I would stay in a hotel room. I chose to change it up this year and I’m so glad I did. This place was by far the best stay I’ve had in all the years I’ve been coming to this. I will definitely do it again.

The place was very clean, and well put together. You can tell from walking in that the owner Invested well in the property. The communication was Awesome. 5 star home away from home

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights while visiting family close by. Great neighborhood, quiet and close to grocery stores, Costco, and a few restaurants. Home itself is very clean and cozy, enough room for extended stay. Beds were very comfortable. We've already booked for our next stay over the holidays!

A memorable stay in Raleigh, NC

The facility was well prepared and organized for our arrival. Also through out the reservation up to our arrival, the host kept quick and straight communication with us. The check-in process was also very easy and the host prepared everything we needed.The location of the facility also very great. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and with great views.The only only thing we'd recommend to host to improve upon will be maybe place a few more bottled waters in the fridge for guests. Beyond that, this facility is as great and comfortable as you can wish for when you are on a vacation.

Nice getaway while on business

Honestly I was a little nervous based on the description. Untill I finally saw it in action. It’s cute, cozy, spacious and just what I needed. The owner answered and responded to all my questions. If I have to DJ near Raleigh again I would love to stay here again.

Stylish and clean

My friends and I had a great time! I was at first surprised to learn the suite was in a residential house in a neighborhood—I had assumed it was an apartment of some sort, even though it is called accurately called a suite in the listing and not an apartment—but that never affected our privacy. It’s a completely separate living space with sound proof walls. And it actually felt very safe as the neighborhood is a very nice neighborhood. My friends and I ate at a Yemeni restaurant not too far away and spent a beautiful afternoon at Lake Benson.
