Couples weekend in NOLA

The location was great and walking distance to and from the stadium. Super easy to get a Lyft to the French Quarter and loved the parking outside the apartment. Very clean and perfect for the 2 of us staying. Loved the original traditional feel to the house!

Good location, very clean/tidy apartment

My friend and I stayed 3 nights at the location. The owner provided excellent directions and instructions on how to get into the apartment. Our stay was very pleasant as most places we visited were within 20 min walking. The BBQ place across the street was excellent as well. Would stay again.

Christmas in “Nawlins”!

My daughter and I had a very pleasant stay and look forward to returning. The location was safe and secure. We drove down from the northeast & had ample parking in front of our rental. We were able to enjoy walking to some local restaurants wherever we didn’t feel like driving. Everything was close and just minutes away. We spent a lot of time seeing the city and appreciated returning to our cozy and clean rental.

Walking distance to the dome

Came down for a long weekend and to catch a Saints game. Felt very safe walking to the game, lots of parking at property.

Quaint and Cozy

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. The street was busy in the daytime because of the BBQ restaurant across the street but it was always somewhere to park and its quiet at night. Traveling to shops and eateries was a breeze as well. The home was small but accommodated 4 women easily.

At a conference and mostly used the place to sleep. Some noise and the shower handle was broke. It it was comfortable.

Nice apartment but bad area

The apartment was quite nice and comfortable. The only issue was that to flush the toilet we had to manually jiggle the flush valve each time. When I mentioned this to the host, I was surprised that he was aware of this issue and just didn't think it had been relevant to tell us in advance. However, the major issue was the neighbourhood. The walk to the French district was quite uncomfortable as we had to pass through homeless encampments under the expressway and there were even several homeless people sleeping within a block of the apartment. While this obviously isn't the host's fault, I believe many people would not be comfortable walking to and from the apartment, particularly at night.

Grad time

Along with my wife and mother, I needed a place close to Xavier and within a reasonable distance to other places. This apartment was all that we needed. It was spotless, well lit, and had working a/c. The apartment contributed to our joy of our trip to New Orleans
