Stunning Sunrises and panoramic waterfront views, this stay is your calling for a relaxation getaway or long stay. Spend time with the whole family at this coastal retreat on the Gulf in Clearwater. There is a nearby golf course down the street, kayaking and boat rentals and it is only minutes from Clearwater Beach. Open concept house with panoramic views from the living room and kitchen on the first floor. Fully equipped chefs kitchen with a large island and dining room with additional bar seating. A pair of bedrooms on the first floor, private queen size room with a bay window and another room with attached full bathroom that provides sleeping for up to 4 guests with a bunk bed (full on the bottom/twin up top) and a futon. Upstairs you will find a grand primary bedroom and full bathroom with bath tub and a large live in closet. The views from the second story are breathtaking! Plus another second upstairs bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and access to the second story balcony. Walk out to your second story balcony to enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Enjoy a swim in the heated pool and spa! There is a ton of space for outside grilling, fishing, or relaxation. Electric, water, cable, internet, pool maintenance and landscaping are covered. **2 small pets allowed (under 35 lbs)**

Bach Party

We stayed at this property to celebrate a bachelorette party and it was absolutely gorgeous. There was more than enough space for the 9 of us the sleep comfortably. The pool is so lovely and the view of the water is stunning! The kitchen had everything we needed and the host was so responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!
