House was missing many things such as an iron and no towel racks in bathrooms. Showers drains were not working and had to shower in standing water. Kitchen was missing many items needed to be fully functional. Toilet seat was not properly screwed in and was very loose. Would not recommend for anyone.

You first wanted to cancel the reservation because some one in your family had died when you were not able to receive the refund you showed up to the property.
While you were staying you never brought up any of the things that you are mentioning now. This one star is because you did not get a refund. I would not rent to you again.
When we got there, there were people in the backyard and running extension cords onto the porches. Not only that but they came to the door asking for things! There were ants everywhere and the door was holding on by a thread, if you didn’t use the deadbolt the door could be pushed open. When we contacted the host about the issues and that the fridge or AC wasn’t working, he was very rude and told me to get out rather than helping me come to a solution.

It was unfortunate that this happened I immediately offered the guest a refund the moment they brought this to my attention.
The guest felt rude because I said you can leave and I will give you a full refund. I also got VRBO involved and they have everything in thier notes..it was the guest that was rude to us. VRBO has it all in thier notes.
