Cozy 3 Bed/2 Bath House in Lake Wylie area

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Large back deck with large yard to play after a busy day exploring the area. Minutes from shopping and dining. A short drive to Kings Mountain and Crowders Mountain state parks for hiking. Minutes to local lake access at Pappa Docks or Allison Creek.
The space
Quaint 3 bedroom 2 bath house with eat in kitchen. Full laundry available with doggy door to the yard. The yard is not fenced. Please plan accordingly if you bring dogs.

The second bedroom has a full size bed with a desk. 3rd has low bunks, perfect for young kids and teens

Other things to note
No smoking or vape inside the house or on the front porch.
There will be a $500 cleaning fee for any smoking or vape .
If bringing a dog, they are not to be on bedroom carpets. Absolutely no pee pee pads are allowed. Take your dog outside on a leash as often as needed for potty. Carpet cleaning fee starts at $250 per room.

The owner was very responsive. The place was adorable, and super clean. Provided everything we needed while there. This is very convenient to Lake Wylie and Belmont, would definitely request to stay here again when in the area.

Perfect for Quick Trip

Stayed the night with my family after a trip to Carowinds. The property was a short drive from the park and perfect for what we needed. Nichole was great and responded promptly.

We needed a place to stay for our kids competition. The property was amazing! The backyard was a great place for our kids to play after a long day of competing. Nichole was an amazing, she was quick to respond to any questions I had! When we visit again we will def try to go back!

Perfect for long term!

Stayed here 3 weeks for the Catawba outage. The place was clean and the neighborhood quiet and felt safe. Communication from owner was top notch. Would stay there again. A+

The host went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. Wonderful neighborhood with a lot of families within walking distance of a mom and Pop gas station right on the state line. Highly recommend
