Welcome to your perfect home away from home! This beautiful 2168-square-foot house is the ideal spot for families, professionals, and visitors alike. Enjoy a cozy backyard firepit with string lights that will make you feel right at home, or relax on the patio furniture in the backyard. There's plenty of parking with a 3 car driveway and 2 car garage.

On the inside, you'll find all sorts of amenities to enjoy during your stay. An entertainment second living room comes fully equipped with a pool table—perfect for game nights! Plus there's even a whiskey room equipped with a 55 inch TV for those special occasions. The main living area features 65 inch tv and separate office space desk to get work done if need be.

Every bedroom is outfitted with blackout curtains so you can get some restful sleep after long days exploring town or working hard on projects. The primary/master bedroom features king bed, shower and walk-in closet while each of the other bedrooms have queen beds as well as 55 inch TVs in each (and two twin beds plus bunk bed over them in one bedroom). And all mattresses are memory foam so you know comfort won't be an issue!

Plus there's wifi speed up to 500 MBPS throughout the entire house should anyone need it during their stay here - making it an ideal spot for those who may be waiting for their new build to complete or dealing with an insurance claim while needing temporary housing nearby any hospital restaurant or shopping center within 15 minutes of drive away! Just remember: absolutely no smoking allowed at this property! We also have decibel noise monitors installed so please keep parties at bay when staying here (out of respect for our neighbors).

NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Must respect other neighbors. Noise level must be minimal after 9pm. There is a noise level city ordinance and we do not want any complaintsand. The inside and outside spaces are both monitored by a decible meter but no recording happens with these devices,. Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.
