A great stay in a picturesque setting

We had a wonderful stay. The layout of the home is perfect for multiple families with plenty of room to spread out. It was meticulously clean and well kept! Would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Very nice & convenient!

The house was perfect for a family/friend get together. We stayed here while going to the NHRA races at Bristol Motor Speedway and it was very convenient. The house is clean, well stocked with essentials, and family friendly.

The owners were fabulous and very accommodating. Lake view and the inside of the house were great - it’s perfect for a larger family. The driveway is very steep and is very tricky for larger vehicles.

Beautiful stay and it is on a main section of the lake which means even when the lake is pumped down in the winter there is still a lot of water. Will be back. Would love to see some canoes or Kayaks on the property to enjoys the water more without having to rent from a marina.

Beautiful peaceful retreat

Our extended family of 8 loved this house with its AMAZING view! There was some much space in the house you weren’t on top of each other. The home was furnished beautifully, clean and had comfy beds. We enjoyed jumping in the water, playing ping pong and having special time together. Everyone said they can’t wait to go back! Owner was gracious and easy yo communicate with.

A great place for large family. Clean. Convenient to stores, restaurants, quiet. My only complaint is the dangerous driveway which should have been mentioned in the description of property. It is very, very steep and scary. Other than that, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the house!!

Great Boone Lake property

We enjoyed our time. The house is spacious. It’s close to the marina, you can hear live music from the deck. The driveway is steep- if you’re in a low riding car, perhaps go down the street and turn around first. There could be more deck/ dock seating or perhaps some loungers would be nice. Overall, fun weekend with family and friends

We are a family of 5 adult children and enjoy getting together so decided to buy a space that we could not only enjoy, but also share with others. It is a perfect retreat for families to relax and spend time reconnecting.

Lakeview Landing is on Boone Lake, close to everything but private and quiet. It is centrally located in the TriCity area and within 5 minutes of the TriCities airport.

What makes this property unique

We have set this up specifically for gatherings for families and friends. It is across the cove from Lakeview Marina where there is food and music and boat rentals. We focus on making our guests feel welcome and comfortable and provide amenities to ensure their stay is the best possible experience.
