Bicycles (2) are provided for your stay. Pool toys and beach gear are also provided for you. The home is well stocked, for you to enjoy your stay.

We enjoyed the pool, it was clean and close to everything. No complaints. Lots of space for a large family.

Fantastic base for stay with kids

We loved the house, it was perfect for our group of 11 with 7 kids under 10. Lots of space, kid-friendly (without a ton of scary white couches or glass knickknacks to worry about). Washing machine and dryer worked great which is a huge benefit with 7 kids. We wished the pool was warmer, but we were unable to heat it. Note that the hot tub is not warmer than the pool and neither was warm enough for the adults to get into - kids loved it though. (We also wished for another knife for cooking, but you could grab one from the dollar store if that was a big deal.) We would book again if the pool could be heated, and would have been willing to pay a fee to heat it!

Sadly it was nothing as advertised.

First of all I want to say watch out, do research well. We booked for 12 people and had to pay for every child as young as 8, 6, and even my 4 year old. House advertised sleeping 14 people, but when we arrived we realized only 8 sleeping spots. False advertisement. I confronted home owner and he brought an old mattress which we couldn’t use. House is just really old, it is on the market for sale and I understand why. Mold is 2 bathrooms out of 3, doors to the bathrooms are barely closing because of moisture and mold. Garage was converted into a room but ceiling never changes or patched, tape is everywhere to prevent spider coming in but the room is still full of insects. Next morning A/C quit working at 92 degree weather. Homeowner said we need to shut it off. We came back in 3 hours and it was still not working, tech came out and shut it down without saying the reason or the cause. At this point fridge quits cooling down, so all of the Costco food started to go bad. That’s how first 3 days of the stay were and at this moment I contacted VRBO. But they pretty much said I need to deal with the owner. We couldn’t stay at the house any longer with all the spiders, spoiling food in 84 degree inside temperature, had to move my family out asap. I asked for refund for the rest of 10 days that we didn’t use the house. Never got any refund, never got any respond from owner again, VRBO refused to get involved, just screwed us and let home owner keep money.
