Rare find a luxury villa with a pool and screened lanai in the upscale district of North Port near a golf course.
Two empty lots on both sides of the property and a canal on the back. 2 minutes to Walmart and Publix. 15 minutes to Warm Mineral Spring. Close to Manasota and Venice beaches. Very close to highways.

1. The home is 2230 sq. ft. of living space. Fully furnished. Beautiful swimming pool (suitable for swimming).

2. Three bedrooms and office (could be used as the fourth bedroom)

3. Luxury furniture and two big screen TVs.

4. Large kitchen with a huge eating area equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and Keurig machine

5. High vaulted ceiling, ceramic tiles and laminate floors, no carpet. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer, two cars garage.

6. Heating pool is extra. 20$ per day

7. Electro vehicle charging is 8$ per day.
8. 6 cameras outside property for maintenance, cover front area, pool area, pool equipment, well equipment and AC.

Our host very helpful. The hot water in bathrooms did not get very warm but we managed. Location was great for us.

Dear Mary, Most of the houses in Florida are one store dwellings. All water pipes are very long, specially for the master bedroom. Unfortunately, you have to wait untill hot water will reach bathrooms. We cannot change it. Our house is a big, 4 bedrooms house, more than 2200 sq.f. that is why our pipes are longer than in a small houses.

This house was so clean and beautiful. The host was so amazing and accommodating. The amenities for us was the privacy from the city which we loved and the beautiful pool that we enjoyed almost every day. The bed was so comfortable and the tub and shower were like being at a spa. There was nothing that we did not like here at all.

A nice reprieve in a quiet neighborhood

This property was close to all of what we needed access to on our short mini-break - family in the area and a quick drive to the beaches to soak up some sun. The house was spacious, clean and had all of what we needed to cook and relax.
