We loved the location. Unfortunately the property had a sewage smell when we arrived, and then plumbing issues developed soon after our arrival. The manager was very responsive but we did have to leave the property early so they could work on the problem. If they resolve this issue, the property would have 5 stars for convenience. I would also recommend replacing the old carpet with a clean hard surface.
Very comfortable stay, hidden gem, near to Lithia park Ashland
Studio B unit is in the back of property, where we enjoyed the privacy and window view to a quaint tree filled yard. We enjoyed the visit by 2 deer the 1st morning.
The bed sheets were clean and soft on the comfortable king bed.
Kitchen had all the amenities needed for our 4 day stay here in Ashland, would stay again!
Perfect location although we misunderstood that we were in a studio behind the little house not actually in the house, but it was a cute suite just the same. The little kitchen area was very well stocked! The walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbors but not horrible. The beautiful Doe and her baby fawn that slept outside our window each night was magical!!!

Nice but you need to consider a few issues
This is a nice, clean place that is as pictured and close to downtown, but some issues to consider:
- As mentioned in the listing, the walls are very thin. Using the microwave woke up those in Unit A. I could hear the elderly couples’ conversations (muffled). I wouldn’t take the risk of staying next to more boisterous guests or feeling like I couldn’t have a normal conversation.
- There was not ample street parking. This may have been because of trash day. Also, the neighborhood doesn’t have street lights, so I didn’t feel great about my car on the street.
- The door code provided didn’t work and it took 30 minutes to get a response. Not helpful when it was 100 degrees out. Those in Unit A said they had the same problem. So maybe this can be solved by upgrading the code locks on both units.
