Located 2 blocks to the Gulf of Mexico beaches, Tarpon House will delight you with its family fun amenities.
Each of the three King bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The kids will love sharing the bunk room which is complete with two sets of bunk beds with a twin bed over a full bed. This bedroom also has an attached private bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Dining options include bar seating in the kitchen, a dining room table for six and outdoor verandah patio dining for six. Grill up dinner on the gas BBQ and enjoy the island breezes while overlooking the tropical backyard. After dinner, challenge the family to a game of corn hole, ping pong or basketball in the tiki hut.

The quick walk to the beach is a breeze with the provided beach wagon to haul the beach chairs, umbrella and towels. The water fun continues in your own backyard private pool and spa. Relax poolside in deck chairs and under the shade of the in pool umbrellas. The poolside lounge area features patio couches and a TV to enjoy under the cover of the home and out of the sun.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary Wi-FI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

Tarpon House is easy walking distance to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches.

Beautiful property with a fun “private resort” vibe great for the whole family! Just blocks from the beautiful gulf coast in a family friendly neighborhood. Worked well for 2 families including 4 kids and 4 adults with plenty of space for everyone.

Our family of 5 adults and 3 toddlers enjoyed our stay at the Tarpon House and AMI. This house is a real gem! It has everything you need. The home is beautiful and spacious with comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The backyard pool, spa and outdoor living area were great for hanging out during the day with the kids and a relaxing retreat at night for the adults. The beach accessories were a plus. Don't hesitate to book this one.

Stunning Property!

This property has it all! The outside has everything you’d ever need to stay occupied and has plenty. The outdoor full size refrigerator was so useful and the new ice maker inside made it easy to skip the trips for ice bags. Christmas decor was all around and the kitchen came stocked with very nice items. The hosts also had personable touches and even provided a baby gate, high chair and a pack n play! Cindy and Dave were by far better hosts than using a rental agency!

Tarpon House is at the top of our list of houses to rent on AMI in the future

Tarpon House is head and shoulders above any rental we have experienced on the island and we have been coming for approximately 20 years. The owners have thought out every little detail. There were quality beds & linens, the AC was at an appropriate temperature, pool toys, an abundance of nice beach chairs, tent, and wagon, enough dishes and silverware for everyone in the house. The house was extremely clean and just as presented in the photos. The many small details such as having clips for chips and other thoughtful things made a huge difference. It was as if the owners culminated all the things they wished were included in a rental and added those items to the house for all of us to enjoy. We were even greeted by a personalized welcome message on the Scrabble Board on the wall. We will be back!

Very nice home. Our only complaints. There was one towel for each person, six bath towels and not every bathroom had a hand towel plus one washcloth. Being the towels did not dry overnight it was not good. Also one roll of toilet paper some baths did not have a full roll We also had only one dishcloth and we ate all our meals in except one. We do this every other year and have never encountered such a small amount of towels. Once again—the house was beautiful but for what it cost to rent we expected adequate supplies

Wonderful house

So many little touches here that made us feel right at home! The house has it all, wonderful provisions for the beach and pool, the inside is clean and beds comfy. Everything works and is easy to operate. We would absolutely love to stay here again, no questions asked. When reviewing a place, you also have to consider the management company as well. The staff was responsive, proactive, and as easy to work with as any we've used on the island before or really any rental company anywhere for that matter. We'll be looking at their properties in the future that could meet our needs, but will always start our search first for the Tarpon House.

We had a wonderful time at the Tarpon home and would highly recommend. The house was neat and clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was awesome from the pool and covered living area off of it. We had 5 young kids and between the pool and the sports toys they had more than enough to do the entire time. The best!

We recently stayed at Tarpon House and cannot wait to return. The house was beautiful, clean, organized and perfect for our family. Our kids loved the bunk beds, pool, and all of the pool toys. The adults loved the location, outdoor living space, organized and stocked kitchen items and the number of full bathrooms. Such a lovely home!
