We are a mostly-retired couple accustomed to staying at VRBO-type homes during our many travels. We love a. clean and tidy house, are avid gardeners, kind neighbors, and are respectful of other owners' personal properties (and expect the same!).

Why they chose this property

We love how quiet safe, and seemingly out-of-the-way this neighborhood is, and it's close proximity to shopping and downtown Portland (~15 min). We also are fond of our little neighborhood park. Honestly, the place feels like a step back in time before homeless encampments, graffiti, blue tarps and drug use tarnished the image of our cities. (Not making a political statement here....)

What makes this property unique

Though small, the home manifests efficient use of space. The kitchen is large, as is the all-weather backyard Trex deck. The house sits on ~1/4 acre. Neighbors are friendly and also respect privacy.
