The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out on time 11am or earlier our cleaning staff member is schedule.
Guest house next door separate entry separate building this is not part of your reservation. Your entry is front door.
Make sure you have accurate number of people coming prior to your arrival contact your host if you need to add more people to your reservation. Or if someone is bringing pets last minute.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Do not re-arrange or move furniture. -No glasses-food inside the pool this is above ground pool it will rip plastic inside pool.

Rinse before enter pool. No refund if power outages due to bad weather during your stay. No climbing the other side fence sign are posted.
