Enjoy your stay in our stylish and freshly renovated 2 bed and 2 bath home. It’s been furnished and equipped with all New furniture and appliances for your needs. There are smart TVs in every room with high speed WIFI. There’s a private master bedroom with King bed, walk in closet and walk in shower. Another guest room is furnished with queen bed. Pull out sofa with 65in TV in the living room to accommodate 6 people total. We’re located in quiet and friendly neighborhood in Carmichael.

The home was quaint, bright, modern, with up to date appiances. It was very clean. I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness only because there's a strong smoke odor throughout that was attempted to be masked by air freshener. Fortunately, we spent very little time in it due to family activities in the area. If I come back, I probably won't stay here again. Host was appropriately communicative.

Wonderful place to stay. The interior is clean, inviting, and in excellent shape with plenty of space with each room well appointed. We appreciated all the cooking and serving utensils provided for making and eating meals. We'd have no qualms about staying here again.

My mom and I spent the weekend in this quite duplex it was perfect everything we needed for a quick family visit. The beds where so comfy I slept like a baby. I would stay here again.

Very cute, cozy, quiet place. The beds are very comfortable, slept great every night. Plenty of room to move around, full kitchen so you don't have to eat out all day. Hosts were easy to reach and very accommodating. I would highly recommended this place and I would stay there again!

Overall the stay was pleasant, the binder information about places close by was very useful. Although we were not use to some of the house rules we did our best out the owners respect. The home was cozy really nice great stay.
