This fully furnished home features five bedrooms and three bathrooms, complemented by a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a butler's pantry, two stocked coffee bars, an office, and multiple quiet reading areas. Recent upgrades include new AC, Bluetooth speakers, and mood lighting for your comfort.

The property offers a large, private yard in a serene country-like setting, while remaining within walking distance of many local amenities. Enjoy lake access with docks and a boat launch located directly across the street. We are also conveniently located near Legoland, Polk State College, Lake Maude Park, various sports complexes, hospitals, and event venues.

Please note that only pre-approved events are permitted, with an additional fee for gatherings of over 25 people. Parking for more than six vehicles is available for an extra charge. Unapproved parties are subject to a fine of up to $1,000.

I enjoy hosting our homes and rooms, accommodating our guests, adding to their vacation experience and helping them to have great family memories!

Why they chose this property

I love the historic element of this over 100 yr old Plantation style Manor, the big, enclosed, front sun porch, huge, private yard with the lake access right across the street. I enjoy walking to the parks, ball fields and college nearby. I also like the fact that stores, great restaurants an everything you need including the hospital is less than a mile away!

What makes this property unique

The home us unique in every way. As one of my guests said "it is an old Floridian Mansion that has been tastefully updated and decorated." Complete with a tree swing in the huge 100 yr old tree in the fenced front yard, across from a lake. It has the biggest yard and private parking area around in a safe neighborhood.
