This enchanting residence showcases a main house and a dual-level detached house with an en suite bedroom, living room, half-bath, and kitchenette. These two spaces are connected by a charming, covered bridge that gracefully arches over the heart of it all - the centerpiece concrete swimming pool with travertine decking. The pool can be heated at fee of $60 per night.

The design of SugarPops exudes a sense of exuberance and originality that is simply unmatched! This property stands as a true embodiment of uniqueness, blending diverse elements from retro eccentricities, cottage chic coastal flairs, and a touch of clean modern lines. The private pool is open from May 1st through October 15th. Pool Heat is available upon request at $60 per day. You can contact guest services and add the pool heat to your reservation. Please provide at least 72 Hours advance notice. Pool heat is not available in July and August.

Very nice and new house. We loved the pool, the porches and the showers. The kitchen had exactly what we needed. The house's design was interesting and unique. The neighborhood was quiet with close access to the beach.The only negatives were that we needed a couple privacy curtains, there was a lot of bird poop, and the dishwasher didn't work well.

Overall poor rating for property management. Beautiful house in convenient location for our purposes. Property falsely advertised 2 king beds for this five bedroom house but there was only one king bed. I waited two weeks to write this review and it still has not been updated. Post stay the local staff made excuses for the fraudulent advertising. There were no comforters or duvets on the beds (the soiled ones were in trashbags on the porch throughout our stay) and although we requested assistance with comforters we were told someone would contact us but noone ever did. the actual king size bedroom had no blinds or curtains for privacy (previously reviewed) leaving occupants exposed to pool and main house. I wasted time and energy trying to fix problems and attempts to receive compensation from vacasa/vrbo during and after our trip. Problems were never fixed and compensation was inadequate for the steep fees included in our stay. Advice to potential renters if you’re going to stay here bring your own bedding. No comforters and the sheets were straight out of the package-like sleeping on cardboard. I also suggest bringing a curtain rod and blackout shades for room number five. The washer and dryer were also inadequate and required multiple cycles to drain and dry. This house is so beautiful it is a shame it’s being managed so poorly-I would avoid it like the plague- for the price and frustration, it’s not worth it.

Pros and cons

Pros: Great location, easy beach access House decor is very unique and since it’s a new build most amenities are nice and new. Cons: Dishwasher doesn’t dry dishes (I saw someone prior left a review about dishwasher not working properly and it has not been fixed). Ice maker in pool house doesn’t work Sonos speakers have no instructions so music while at the pool would be nice it is not intuitive and no instructions on how to connect to it. Neighbors in the back appear to be full time tenants with the windows blacked out and black sheets and tarps covering their porches. They partied very loudly in the backyard almost every night until 2 or 3am while we were there. There are no curtains or blinds over sliding glass door in pool house bedroom so there is no privacy at all if you stay there. We had to hang a blanket up so we could change/sleep in the bedroom bc the bed is right in front of the door. I called and messaged Vacasa during our stay bc the home had no instructions in it for anything (for instance we didn’t know what days trash pickup was, we weren’t sure if ice maker was broken or if there were instruction on how to use it, no Sonos instructions). Vacasa wasn’t able to answer any of our questions and kept saying they were reaching out to our “local team” whoever that was. The local team never responded to us during our stay. So while vacasa will answer the phone or text back, they have no knowledge of the actual home so aren’t helpful and apparently whoever does is not responsive so if you have an issue don’t expect it to be resolved while you are there.

Family vacation

House is brand new. Very nice showers and bathrooms. For the price, better quality towels probably should be presented. I will suggest that the listing be updated and delete “heated pool” unless they put in parentheses the fee associated with it!! Per the listing, heated pool is clearly listed. When I called the property manager, they said that there was a $340 fee to utilize the heated feature.

Private pool

I will be the first to admit that i overlooked way down that the private pool would not be opened until may 1st. I was exited after seeing the pictures of the home and silly me thinking it was spring break, i assumed the pool would be opened. Once i realized that the pool would not be open, i called vacasa and offered to pay extra to have it open. They refused. I asked if i could move my reservation further in the summer, first i was told i could, offered me the price difference which i was willing to pay but i had to confirm with my husband. This would allow me to book another home for spring break. I called back a few minutes later to pay the difference and they said no such thing was offered and refused to change my reservation. We arrive at the property to see the pool was full and open, nothing covering the pool. I assumed they felt some kind of compassion towards me and opened it. I texted with vacasa the next morning and asked to pay as advertised the fee to heat up the pool since unfortunately the days were going to be chilly. They advised me again the pool was closed. I replied, the pool was full and opened, nothing covering it. They refused. I thought... Let me call and speak with someone. That person that answered advised me they needed a 72 hour advance notice to heat up the pool...After me calling and texting with them before my arrival they tell me this?? It felt like they were eating candy in front of a kid and not giving them any. A full pool they couldn’t use
