A true gem tucked away off the coast of Florida, North Captiva, also known as Upper Captiva Island is an adventure to get to and a dream-come-true to visit. This Island is a No-Car Island. The only way to travel is by golf cart.

You can not drive to North Captiva Island because it is cut off from the mainland by a strait called Redfish pass. Redfish Pass is a strait in Florida that connects Pine Island Sound with the Gulf of Mexico. It also separates Captiva Island on the south from North Captiva Island on the north. Therefore the only way to get to North Captiva is by ferry/ water taxi, boat or small plane (must have proper approval for landing here).

North Captiva Island is known for its pristine beauty, fantastic wildlife, and unparalleled shelling. Explore everything that this magical destination has to offer.

Family-friendly condo that fit our family perfectly. Great location for our boat with dockage. Safety Harbour Neighborhood is wonderful. The pool was very enjoyable. We enjoyed fishing, shelling, boating and had the best family time! My husband & I would love to go back for a quick weekend getaway. The property manager, Kale, was great. We appreciate Tina sharing this well stocked, comfortable, beautiful home with us!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home! My mom and I had such a relaxing vacation, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.The location was perfect close to everything we wanted while still feeling peaceful and private. The home itself is absolutely stunning, and you can tell so much thought, care, and love went into every detail of the design. The finishes throughout the house were beautiful, and we especially loved the two waterfall showers. The kitchen was fantastic and had everything we needed, and the first-floor laundry room was incredibly convenient for washing towels and swimsuits as soon as we got back from the beach.One of our favorite parts was all of the beach equipment that was provided. The chairs and umbrellas were in excellent condition, which isn't always the case with vacation rentals, and it made our beach days so much easier. The golf cart was another huge bonus and made getting around the island a breeze.The hospitality was exceptional. Kale, the property manager, was amazing to work with, friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Tina, the owner, made the entire booking process seamless and stress-free.Overall, this is the best vacation rental we've stayed in on the island with this being our 5th year coming down. We truly felt at home and had an amazing experience from start to finish. We will absolutely be booking this property again, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking.

We just checked out of our stay at this townhome and my family of 4 just LOVED our time on the island! The owner and the property manager were both great to work with and responded to all of our questions. This place was perfect for us because we brought a boat and the harbor is right in front of the home. We also enjoyed riding around on the golf cart and watching sunsets at the beach. Everything is so fresh and clean. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at North Captiva island was breathtaking! The home itself was beautiful! The communication between myself and our property manager/owner was very seamless. The only downfall that we had during our stay, that was advertised on the booking was the access to a pool associated with the condo. We drove passed it multiple times and the pool was roped off and under construction. Other than that the advertisement of the condo was exactly as stated. We can not wait to come back!
