- Absolutely NO animals are allowed on the premises without prior approval from the Host. (including service animals)
The property shall not be used by more than the # of guests listed in your reservation. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
Guests must place trash in trash bins and put by curb on Tuesdays and Fridays by 9am

Celia our host was amazing. So helpful. The house is beautiful, meticulously maintained, warm and welcoming. Coffee on the deck at sunrise over the ocean is so worth the price of admission. Not to mention a morning walk on the beach is steps away. Flagler itself is a hidden gem with amazing locals and great restaurants.

Our family had a great time at this house. The view of the ocean from the balcony was wonderful and it’s only a short walk or drive to many places to eat and drink. Such a peaceful getaway! Highly recommend.

The location and beauty of this property was perfect! With beach access directly across the street, you feel as though this is your own private piece of the coast. Casual dining is super close and everyone is so friendly. The host was very accessible and even reached out to be sure our check-in was easy and that we had everything we needed. Fantastic news property we hope to visit again

I'll be honest...I was a little hesitant to book this property because it had no reviews. But it truly is because this place is brand new! Everything was perfect, clean, very good communication with the owner. The location was fantastic...close enough to restaurants but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. Steps to a great beach! And the views from the living space...incredible! I loved that you could open the entire front porch to the living room....made for a great way to enjoy the beach view from the couch! It was our first time visiting Flagler and I have to say the bar was set extremely high!!! One minor thing...there is no oven. Not a huge deal but good to know before you go!
