Pool unusable

Elevator was not working when we arrived and was not fixed until a few days into our stay Pool turned green with algae and was unusable and very probably unsafe on Tuesday of our week stay Host was difficult to a hold of and at times unresponsive.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the pool, it was certainly unusable. Occasionally, the water may turn slightly green when guests go to the beach and then hop into the pool. Our pool technician came out as soon as possible to readjust the chemicals, but unfortunately, these things can happen and are sometimes beyond our control. As for the elevator, it was fixed promptly once we were notified that it was not in working condition. We understand how important it is to have these amenities fully functional during your stay. We're sorry you felt our communication was not up to your standard. We did respond to all of your messages and addressed any issues as quickly as possible. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on improving our services. Thank you for staying with us.

Family of 5 with 3 adults, a teenager and an 11 year old. The house was fantastic and accommodated the family perfectly. The walk to the beach is very quick and easy. The house is about 4 miles from the main Flagler Beach area so you aren’t likely to walk there but it also makes the beach area near the house far less crowded. We practically had the whole beach to ourselves during our stay. The host was super responsive and communicated proactively throughout our entire time. The elevator worked as needed but we mostly just used the stairs. You will get your steps in with the common living area on the top floor but that didn’t bother us at all. The beds were comfortable and the pool area is perfect for a quick dip after you get back from the ocean. The kitchen is adequately stocked. We loaded up on groceries and barely needed to leave the house afterwards. It had everything you need to enjoy your time and catch some sun while enjoying a little rest and relaxation. Would definitely stay here again.
