Guests will have access to the whole house with the exception of a locked storage closet where we keep cleaning supplies. The garage is also not included in the listing, but there is room for two cars to park in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

We're located just blocks from Concordia College and MSUM. The neighborhood is very safe and a mixture of mostly single family homes and a few college rentals. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance including Rustica (great drinks, wood fired pizza, classic American fare), Mick's Office (college dive bar with great burgers and fries), McDonald's, Taco Bell. Hornbacher's is the local grocery chain and has a location a 3-minute drive away. Across the street from Hornbachers is 99 Bottles, a great local liquor store.



Getting Around:

There's room for parking in the driveway so feel free to bring your car(s). There is also public transit in the area that goes up and down 5th and 8th Sts.
