Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

The check-out time is 11am. All thermostats are turned to 70 °F. This ensures our pipes do not freeze. Take out the trash and wash the dishes. All windows and doors are locked.
