About this space
Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch or walk down to the private beach and view the sunrise and sunset from the dock. The public boat launch is close for those who enjoy water sports on the lake. In the evening relax by the fire on the back patio while grilling on the weber grill ! This cottage is a true getaway that's an easy stroll to the lake, a short drive to UCONN, and close to outdoor activities like hiking and biking.The Coventry farmers market is less than 2 miles away and downtown Storrs/UCONN is less than a 10 minute drive.
The space
The cottage has been completely renovated and is cute as a button. It is fully stocked with two queen beds, a chefs kitchen, fine bedding and bath towels. It is a very short walk to the private beach to launch your kayaks and paddleboards and a short drive to the boat launch where you can launch your boat or jet skis. There is a private driveway with plenty of space to park your cars and a 20 amp outdoor outlet to charge your EV if needed.

Access to the living room, laundry, kitchen, front porch, bathroom, back patio with firepit, and paddleboard for the lake.
Other things to note
This is a great getaway for a family, a girls getaway, anyone looking for a respite, or a quick stop on the way north or south of connecticiut. Longer stays are encouraged. This would also be perfect for someone working from home who wants to spend the summer by the lake!
The Lake is a natural water resource and may be subject as any body of water to algae during extreme summer heat. Intermittent closures of the lake may occur. Owner is not responsible for state/town water closures.
