Located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe in Agate Bay and backing to national forest for nice seclusion, the Talmage dog friendly vacation rental features 4 bedrooms/3 baths, a wrap around deck with hot tub, rock fireplace, open floor plan, commercial range & oven, and newly remodeled flooring and bathrooms. In the summer, guests can easily walk to the Tahoe Rim Trail. In the winter, the house is conveniently located close to sledding hills, cross country skiing, along with Northstar, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley.

*For larger groups including family reunions and weddings, this home is 6 houses away from the Roycraft Vacation Rental Home.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Great location with a quiet neighborhood. Great communication with manager of property. Ample amount of space. Hot tub was clean and the views off the deck into the woods was beautiful. House could use some updating, especially the kitchen.

All good thought I would say the second two bedrooms are more ideally set up for kids rather than adults. I have a home across the street and I rented this place for overflow sleeping for 4 guys in their early 60s. Everything else about the place is great. Really nice deck.
