Escape to Seaside Shanty, a charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite nestled in Seabrook Beach District. Relax on your private porch, savoring the refreshing sea breeze. Perfect for families, this cozy home-away-from-home is just a short stroll across the bridge to downtown Hampton Beach, where lively restaurants, entertainment, and the iconic boardwalk await. Surrounded by pristine beaches, you're spoiled for choice!



The Space:

Seaside Shanty is a 2 bedroom suite. There is a queen size bed in one bedroom and two twin beds side by side in the other. There is a full kitchen, and bathroom. You have a private porch to enjoy as well!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire suite. Seaside Shanty has 1 parking spot which are located directly in front of the suite on the 301 Portsmouth Ave side of the building.



The Neighborhood:

Seaside Shanty is located in Seabrook Village - Beach District. We are surrounded by ocean. You can pick which beach you go to. Located in a quiet neighborhood, great for bike riding, walks, etc.



Getting Around:

Seaside Shanty has 1 parking spot which are located directly in front of the suite on the 301 Portsmouth Ave side of the building. There are no assigned parking spots. If you have more than 1 vehicle you will need to find parking in an alternative lot for the second vehicle. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or there is the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking.

Super easy transaction—booking, communication, and checkout were all smooth. The place was clean, nicely set up, and in a great location. We had an excellent stay. The property was very clean with plenty of space for all of us. The house is in great location as well. Far enough away from the business of Hampton Beach, but close enough if that’s what you’re in the mood for. The neighborhood was excellent as well. Nice and quiet in the evening with just a short walk to the beach (the provided beach cart was very helpful). The locals in the neighborhood were also very friendly. I would highly recommend Seaside Shanty!

Great stay! Everything we needed and the host was very communicative and available when needed. Just know there is only one AC unit in the whole place, which does work very well. Just good to know going in that the bedrooms don't have one. If you are able to leave the doors open, it stays cool but if you have to close them then it can warm up. Overall we still loved the place and location and would love to stay again!
