Seabrook Beach in Seabrook, NH, sits just north of the Massachusetts border and offers a wide, sandy shoreline with calm, gentle waves. It’s a peaceful spot, popular with locals for morning walks, sunbathing, and surfcasting. Unlike busier nearby beaches, Seabrook keeps a quiet, laid-back feel that’s perfect for those looking to relax. The clean sand and open space make it a great place to unwind. Seabrook Beach is ideal for a slow-paced beach day with ocean breezes and simple coastal charm. This beautiful ocean front condo, which has been completely renovated, is the perfect beach oasis, sitting directly on Seabrook Beach. This three bedroom one bath home is one step off the warm sand. Sit on the deck (with new awnings to keep the hot sun off of you) and enjoy the crashing waves or grab a boogie board and enjoy the surf! This home is decorated in calming blues and greens with all brand new furniture. There's an out door shower and beach chairs. The beds have linens and the home has towels (bath and beach). This home is located on New Hampshire's premium 4 star, family friendly, Seabrook Beach. Enjoy the arcades in Salisbury or Hampton beaches, or perhaps a nice stroll through Newburyport, Ma or Portsmouth, NH, just minutes away. This house is a duplex (2 condos side by side). My wife and I live next door.

Beautiful location and great hosts! Everything you need is in the house and super clean. Hosts were overly accommodating with my elderly parents. Weather wasn’t perfect but we still enjoyed the view! Highly recommend.

The condo was decorated with a beautiful beach vibe. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The beds were super comfortable. We especially enjoyed having a TV in every room. The host was very accommodating. We felt we were very well cared for. The best part was the views of the ocean. Absolutely gorgeous. We have never stayed at such a magical place.

It's very unfortunate Keturah rated our home 4 star. I can't remember the last time that happened. She did leave our home clean, however, I was not home the weekend she arrived and she communicated through my wife. Apparently she had trouble with the TV's. I just arrived home and found she had disconnected the cable on one TV and changed the settings on the other. Oh well :-(

We have stayed in the Hampton/Salisbury beach/ Seabrook area for about 7 years and this was by far the best place we have stayed. You can’t ask for a better location. The house was clean and kid-friendly. My family has already asked to book here again for next year. Chip was a great host. We will be back!

This property is amazing! It is beautiful both inside and out! It sits right on the beach with the ocean just steps away. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed to be comfortable--Chip and Camille thought of everything! They even had a basket of snacks, water bottles and cheese for us--that was such a nice touch! They included a notebook in the home with all kinds of very helpful information such as good restaurants, sights to see and things to do in the area. Chip and Camille live on the other side of this home so we were able to meet them and their sweet pups and they are the nicest, most friendly people ever! Chip's communication was incredible--when I messaged him with questions before our trip, he answered within minutes every time. He was so helpful! If you are looking to visit the coast of New Hampshire, I highly recommend this property! You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic, clean, comfortable, quiet, newly and beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, one bath unit directly on Seabrook beach - just step off the deck and you're on the beach! Easiest ever check in, very attentive host. Good parking. Ten minute drive to all the goings-on at Hampton and Salisbury boardwalks.
