✦ There is keyless entry to the home with a code that will be provided to you after you book with us.

✦ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

✦ Please note there is a $75 fee for pets - this requires a more extensive clean for the next guest. You are responsible for cleaning after your pets (both inside and outside). We will request reimbursement for any damaged furniture or sheets.

✦ We have an exterior camera facing the front of the apartment as well as Minut device in the unit for noise level monitoring.

✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

Gorgeous view!

Great view and lots of space! Rooftop area is private (it was a little hard to tell from the listing whether or not the rooftop was a common space, but it was private!). Highly recommend.

Best place on the South side slopes.

Beautiful old building. Clean simple decor. Amazing view. If you can't do hills or stairs, this is not for you. One of my favorite rentals.

Great for long weekends in Pittsburgh

The apartment is as described. Everything was neat and tidy upon arrival. The only issue I had was getting the key out of the lockbox but that was mostly user error lol. Location is great. Only a few blocks away from great bars, and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful, roomy home! Spectacular views. AMAZING! Check-in was a little delayed but provided, and everything was smooth and effortless. It was easy to communicate with the owners via text messages. The place was clean, but a deep clean would help with this being a pet-friendly facility. The place was decorated beautifully and was super fun, with the fantastic game room and rooftop views of Pittsburgh!
