Awesome home and amenities

My family enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as listed and there was so much to do. It was also beautifully decorated for the holidays, which was great for pics!

The house was clean and in a nice quiet location. Close to the beaches and shopping centers. The host(s) were very accommodating and had everything that a family would need for a weekend beach getaway. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us for the weekend.

Awesome!

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed! My guests and I had an awesome experience and will definitely stay here again when we return to the area! Scott and Daria were very on top of things and made sure our experience was the best!!

Overall great experience

Overall a great experience and would recommend. Had challenges with checkin (the door wouldn’t open and the managers didn’t return our call until the following morning), but once that was resolved, it was a great place to stay. Excellent location, clean, and my kids loved the game room! The game room is a plus!

The property is in a great location - end of the street in a quiet neighborhood. It is spacious and all the mechanicals worked. The master bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower is nice - even though the shower curtain is dirty at the bottom. The online photos are outdated as far as the cleanliness and freshness of the property. The property could stand a deep cleaning and some minor maintenance. The entry way (door area) and welcome mat are very dirty. The front door handle does not work properly. I tightened up every doorknob in the place and tightened the bolts on the kitchen bench and bench at the end of the master bed. It was not safe to sit on. The coffee table in the family room is broken. The light over the kitchen table is visibly dirty with cobwebs and missing a lightbulb. The towel rack in the master bath is very loose and needs to be tightened. The carpets and area rugs are all visibly dirty. The glassware in the kitchen needs to be replaced. There is only one full size glass and all the plastic cups are either warped or cracked. The oven was dirty. There is a wine fridge, but no wine glasses. And the batteries in some of the remotes did not work. We could not find a ROKU remote that worked for the main TV in the family room. None of this is major, but for the price, the property felt a little lacking.

Christmas in Savannah

My niece and her family recently moved to Whitemarsh Island. This house was perfect. It was close to my niece and close to Savannah and Tybee. There was room for all of us, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house was even decorated for Christmas. We had a wonderful stay.

Baseball/Beach Trip

We came down for Savannah for a week long baseball tournament and vacation. The house was in the perfect location and fit the 8 of us comfortably. Plenty of things to do/see, groceries stores, and restaurants nearby. Make sure to stop by Davis Produce at the end of the road! Loved that we felt like we were at home, but on vacation. And the kids loved the game room!

The entrance was not well kept and the yard needs some attention. The patio door does not close properly and not sealed so there were lizards inside the closed patio. The carpet was not apealing needs some attention. The kitchen was nice, but all the pots pans needed re washing. The bedroom with the four beds the two beds are on the ground and any crawling bugs can get in beds. The appearance online is older picture and not what is present. The ping pong paddles were peeling and in poor condition and the game room full of dust and only one light was working so it was rather dark. In the corner by the door to the game room was old non working game and needed cleaning up and sweeping. The landscaping needs lot attention. The house felt damp. Also, i would suggest the cleaning ceew wash towels cause not every person that stays will wash properly on their exit. Asking guest to put towels in wash and start machine does not guarantee hot water and bleech was used . I say this because the towels were dingy.
