About this property

Between Paris and Versailles, charming townhouse Special Olympics

Close enough to public transportation and Paris city center to feel connected, remote enough to feel at home in a quiet and safe suburban neighborhood. Eiffel style (steel structure) 19th century brickhouse with all modern amenities. We are at the end of a dead end street, so it is very quiet, and safe. We have a private parking space adjacent to the house, but buses, metro and river shuttles on the Seine will take you to Paris in less than 15'.

As we sit on a hill, we actually have three floors: the street floor, main entrance and parking lot, the parental suite, bathroom and toilets, the garden floor with the living room, kitchen and the terrace, and the second floor with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilets.
