We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent with two metro stops in close proximity to travel around the city. Arnoud communicated well. We were a large group and there was room for all of us. We appreciate staying here! Note, there are stairs to climb to the 3 bedrooms upstairs.

Amazing stay!!

Perfect loft for our family, everything clean and of excellent quality! We loved the bakery for breakfast on one minute walk, public transport was just around the corner just like shops and restaurant. Definitely recommend this place!!!

The place was nice and convenient and Arnaud was very friendly. We had a little hiccup with the check-in but we made the best of it. Very unique property right next to the Metro!

Great stay in Paris!

Our family of 4 loved staying in this apartment. The location was great and there was plenty of room. There were several shops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. There is a train station across the street which was also super convenient. We walked to the Eiffel Tower to watch it light up one night. The host Arnaud, was super helpful and friendly! Highly recommend staying here!

very modern and elegant

Was modern and elegant and the air conditioning was a true blessing in the Paris heat wave. A concern was the air conditioner in the living room leaked a good amount of water and the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms was quite noisy. Otherwise we were so pleased with Arnaud's place...there was a great outdoor market nearby and great restaurants that Arnaud recommended.

Great location!!!

We loved the location as it was out of the crazy tourist area with a metro station literally next door (you can’t really hear the trains). There was only one set of keys which made it extremely challenging as our family had times where we would split off, not an issue if you all stay together. My husband and I would say that our bedroom/bedroom had a smoke smell which we brought to Armand’s attention.

Good place and good location

The property is just as pictured. It accommodated 6 of us easily. Place is modern and clean. Its also walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Good options for food within walking distance as well. We were welcomed with macaroons and a bottle of wine. Arnaud was great to work with throughout the stay. We had an issue and he dealt with it right away. He also let us checkout late as we had a later train.

The Perfect Place to Stay

Arnaud is so kind, communicates well, and has thought of many details that others leave out. Black-out curtains give privacy and block light within the glass rooms with ease. Spacious, modern, and very, very clean. The beds and linens are extremely comfortable. Plenty of storage space and clothes hangers (which many hosts forget or only provide a few) for six family members to unpack and live comfortably for a few days. Merci beaucoup!

Great experience in Paris!

We enjoyed this VRBO very much. It is unique and in a great location. With the 3 king bed rooms, we had plenty of space. With the arrangements of the bathrooms (toilets separate from the showers) it worked out perfectly for 3 couples. We could easily get ubers here and it was close to many attractions. Arnaud was a great host. We arrived late and he met us at the apartment and suggested we have dinner just down the street on our first night at Swann et Vincent - they were friends of Arnaud's and we had a wonderful evening! I would definitely choose this property again!

Beautiful Loft in Paris

My family and I had an exceptional stay at this loft in Paris. The loft is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located next to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The loft is well-equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of clean towels and extra linens. Arnaud, our host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. He even arranged for dinner on our first night when we were too tired to figure something out on our own, and a blowout for my daughter! We highly recommend this loft to anyone looking for comfortable, stylish, and modern accommodations in Paris. Thank you, Arnaud, for making our stay in Paris truly memorable!

Great home base for our Parisian adventure

The location was perfect. It is a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower so we used that as our starting point daily. Being able to walk to the tower at night, with a blanket and wine, to watch it light up and sparkle will be a lifelong memory for our family. Many cafes and grocery shops within walking distance. Amazing (because so simple) boulangerie across the street where we bought croissants and baguettes fresh every morning. Arnaud was extremely responsive whenever we had a question. Loft was clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfy and plenty of space for our family of 5. Would say that if a guest had mobility issues, they would have a difficult time navigating narrow staircase to get to the second floor bedrooms. Loft has a VERY chic and modern vibe. We loved every second of our Parisian adventure. Arnaud- Jusqu'a la prochaine fois- MERCI BEAUCOUP!!!!

Great Spot for a few nights

Our stay at Arnaud’s place was quite enjoyable, especially for a short getaway. The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which was a major plus. We were provided with two keys, making it convenient for multiple entries.Location:The property's location is ideal for quick access to local attractions (we walked to the Eiffel Tower); however, it's situated right next to the street, on the ground level. This could be a bit of a drawback, particularly during holidays when traffic noise is significantly higher. If you're a light sleeper, you might find the ambient noise from the street to be a disturbance.Amenities and Cleanliness:The cleanliness of the space was outstanding. Everything was spotless upon arrival, which made our stay very comfortable. Recommendation:I would recommend this place for those looking for a weekend escape, but with a caveat for light sleepers. Perhaps bringing earplugs or a white noise machine could mitigate the noise issue. Overall, a great spot!
