About this property

Private suite with separate entrance, brand new sparkling kitchenette, and bathroom attached. Everything you need! The bedroom has a full-size bed with quality linens, a fireplace, t.v., and a storage closet. If a second bed is needed, there is a fold-down futon. The kitchenette is stocked with essentials, a refrigerator, a sink with a garbage disposal, and a microwave/air fryer oven. You will find the purple coffee pot in the corner of the kitchenette, along with cups, ground coffee, tea, sugar, and coffeemate. The bathroom boasts an overhead rain shower head and removable wand combo, a teak bench, shower essentials, and fresh linens.
This property is comfortable and provides everything needed for long-term stays. There are pocket doors separating the bathroom & closet & a full door closes off the kitchen & facilities from the bedroom/office/television room. Very private.
You will have access to driveway or street parking, your own private entrance, and everything within the suite.
Other things to note:
The Suite is a separate, fully private addition to the main home. Your lighted entry is on the south side of the house (on the Right when facing the home). You may hear normal daily sounds from the main home, traffic, landscapers, waste trucks (Thursday a.m.), or our friendly canine protectors from time to time. However, this is a very peaceful, safe and quiet neighborhood.

Please do not bring additional people or pets onto the property without prior approval from the host. All guests and pets must be disclosed when booking.
Please do not smoke anywhere on the property.

Parking: The space directly in front of the carport, and street parking is available for your vehicle. Please do not use the carport area or the space directly in front of the Airstream, as they are reserved. Feel free to park in the driveway behind the white car in the carport.

Mixed Review

- The Host (5/5): very nice, great communicator, and accommodating with our changing schedule. - Safety (3/5): front door was very hard to get the deadbolt to lock; the door to main house was unlockable from the main house side and not lockable from the attached suite side. Meaning, as a guest I could not control access to the suite from the house. Should have been lockable from both sides. The window into the bathroom had no window covering, meaning the home owner could easily view me or my wife showering. We left a few hours before check out and about 30 min after we left, we got the check out email. How did she know we weren’t planning on coming back before check out? - Decor: Very cute decorations, they did a decent job appointing this small space. No cook top may be a challenge for some. - Cost: Was reasonable, UNTIL the surcharge for second person of $50 was added. I have never had to pay extra to stay with my wife. To top it off, there was ONE pillow and ONE coffee mug. The basic amenities in most short-term rentals were lacking, no coffee machine or hair dryer, not the end of the world, but for $150 + tax and fees, those missing touches are an issue.
