Palm Paradise, Vilano Beach, FL

Our home has a new 6 person golf cart. All rooms have new mattresses in 2024 to allow our guests a fresh night's sleep and then relax in our recently refinished full size pool (13x24 ft) are just a few of reasons why Palm Paradise should be your home away for your visit to the Old City. The whole house is on a water filtration/softener system so no foul water smell. This house is one block off of A1A so no loud noise and traffic issues that come with A1A properties. A quick 2 minute walk to beach or take the 6 person golf cart so you can load it up with toys and supplies and be there in 30 seconds. The pool is screened in so no bugs or mosquitos or snakes. We have a large outside cable TV to enjoy and games for the pool and inside. The pool is heated during your stay and there are no hidden fees for this. House has floats, linens (always fresh, washed after every guest), towels, beach towels, pool toys and everything you can imagine that you would need on your trip so you do not need to overpack. We have a pack n play, high chair and security alarms on back doors leading to pool should you have young ones. We are a pet friendly home but require a $250 non refundable pet fee. Fully fenced in back yard, gas out door fireplace, electric indoor fireplace in a sitting/sun room that is perfect for morning coffee. We have a large 80 inch tv in living room and lots of cable channels and fast internet. The house is decorated beautifully with coastal design and TV's in every room for you and your comfort. There is a boat ramp in the neighborhood along with multiple access points for beach. There are two restaurants you can drive the golf cart to which the children will love! This is our only rental and as our guests you will be treated like family and have access to us anytime during your stay. We hope you will choose our home for your next stay!

Great place to get the family together!

This house was absolutely amazing. The pictures didn’t do it justice. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The beach was just a short walk or golf cart ride away. We stayed for 2 weeks and wished we could have stayed longer. The pool/spa area was definitely the highlight for everyone. Being able to bring fur babies was a huge plus. The pool and Spa were great accommodations, besides the close proximity of the ocean. We spent a lot of time in St Augustine and saw lots of history which was interesting for all ages in our party!

Absolutely wonderful home. Super clean. Super dog friendly with a dog door. Pool and hot tub were wonderful to lounge in and around. Home is absolutely on point. Does take about a 5 minute walk to get to the beach and you can’t park the golf cart where the beach entrance is. Would definitely stay again. Owner responds almost instantly to any situation.

Perfect home for our family!! Home was exactly how it was pictured!! Our family especially enjoyed the golf cart, the yard games and the dual head shower off the master bedroom. Beds were comfy and the couch was perfect to relax on at the end of our busy days. Spent lots of time in the pool. Great location close to a beautiful stretch of beach. Craig was very attentive although we had absolutely no issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend this home!!

Home away from home

We had a fabulous girls weekend at Palm Paradise. The home was spacious and clean and just what we needed for our annual weekend of R & R. St. Augustine is a wonderful city to explore especially during the Nights of Lights. We enjoyed the golf cart to Kate's and the beach as well as the hot tub every night! We will be back again to this wonderful prooperty.

House was very comfortable and clean. Pool was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood. Great fenced in side yard for the furry kids. Golf cart was nice amenity to take out for dinner or just exploring the neighborhood. Close to beach, restraunts and Publix. Short drive to all the attractions and shops. Great place for family

This was a great place for our family of 5 which consists pretty much of 5 adults and a fur baby. It was clean and very convenient to the beach. It was easy to walk but they also have a golf cart that we were able to take to the parking lot with access to a bridge to get to beach. The home had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great, in good use and very clean. We spent most of our time watching football by the pool, bbq-ing and going delicious dinners at restaurants near by. It was also very close to the downtown st Augustine. Very grateful for this trip. And we will be back!

Great Stay!

Our family of 6 adults and 2 children had a wonderful stay. The heated pool and hot tub was where we spent most of our time. The added amenities; golf cart, pool floaties, pack n play, high chair, beach towels, wagon, etc. were all wonderful bonuses. This is a new owner to the property so it doesn't have much in the way of extras in the kitchen. No seasonings, aluminum foil, ya know, the extras that others happen to leave behind. There also was only a few rolls of paper towels/toilet paper - we ended up having to buy more for our short stay. The location is great. Less than 20 minutes from old town St. Augustine, and only 10 min from Publix. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The owner was easy to get in touch with and fast to respond to messages. The space was clean. Beds were comfortable. The check in/out process was smooth. Overall we had a great stay. We would absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves visiting St. Augustine.

We are both from Nebraska and daily lives include farming, running a small town coffee shop/greenhouse and do have family rentals. We have always loved Florida and the environment and personalities of the different cities. We fell in love with the Vilano Beach area for its quiet and unique area so close to the beach and so close to a nice little town to enjoy for the night life if desired. We hope everyone has as unique of an experience as we do every time we visit. We are always just a call or text away.

Why they chose this property

Private beaches and quiet neighborhood where all your neighbors drive golf carts and enjoy each other's company. Make sure you are in Vilano or North Beach when renting in the Saint Augustine area if you enjoy quiet and old Florida charm. This is our only rental so we keep it at its best and spare no expense to provide our guests with every amenity possible. We strive to make every guest feel like family.

What makes this property unique

Full sized and screened in heated pool and hot tub (no mosquito's). Lots of rentals offer 10x 10 kids pools that aren't as enjoyable. New bunk bed with full size bed, twin up top, and twin under the full for easy pull out ability(great for the kids). New 6 person golf cart to drive around our amazing quiet neighborhood, visit two restaurants. Outdoor TV and shower, 200 yards to ocean (no loud A1A noise) and intracoastal. 2 boat ramps within 2 miles. Extra fridge in garage. Large covered sitting area with fans next to the pool area. Whole house filtration and softener system that is regularly maintained
