This home was amazing. The pool was the best by far from any other VRBO we have stayed at and warm everyday. The best part is the location. We would walk down to the beach or drive to restaurants and grocery stores within minutes. We were able to see a rocket launch from the house. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need and house was very clean. We would definately come back for another stay. Host was amazing as well. I had small questions and he responded right away.

Amazing trip

This house was perfect! I would recommend staying. The pool is the main reason we picked this house and it didnt disappoint. Blocks from beach, if you dont want to walk, there is parking at beach access at end of road. Close to shops, restaurants, cruise termanal, and NASA. We even got to see a rocket launch from the front yard.

Awesome little family gem

This was truly a home away from home! We really enjoyed our stay here and Mark was so quick to respond to any questions I had. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad, my littles thought is was far :) but we went everyday and had a blast every time. My children and I stayed 8 days, 7 nights at this beautiful property and it did not disappoint. Any questions or concerns I had were answered quickly and promptly by the owner Mark! He was a very kind host. The home was clean, necessary dishes were already there. Check in and check out process was very easy. 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach, where my children and I got to view our first horizon sunrise. Plenty of things/activities to do around the home as well. 10/10 recommend and we will be booking again!

Don't sleep on this family-friendly gem!

We rate this rental 5 stars for sure! We plan to be back! We had 2 adults, 3 teens, and 2 small kids. Neighborhood/location: We normally go to Destin/miramar beach - we got to this area first week of July and wondered "where is everyone?". The town still has lots of tourist friendly spots without painful traffic or crowded beaches! The neighborhood is older, but many homes are being remodeled or have been and this one looks like a shining gem from the curb! It is perfectly located close to a gas station and many fun vacation restaurants and shops. It feels safe! Best, it's within walking distance of what feels like a private beach entrance! It's about four blocks. There are a few parking spots and we drove to carry all the beach gear. (Ps. The rental has a cabana as well as a beach wagon for use!!) The pool is the star of the show with this place! It was perfect for the type of vacation where you wanna do just the beach and eating out. It's clean and they have a pool guy come twice a week. There are color changing lights for the night swim and the hot tub is divine! The screened in porch was lovely too! It's got a huge table where we ate all our meals! The patio has plenty of chairs and the shed is full of pool floats and toys! Host Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and communicated punctually and often even though we never had a problem! Don't sleep on this one! Dang near perfect for a family! Ran out of space to say all the great!
