This property is excellent for large families since the living area is open and spacious. The location is very convenient as it is close to many golf courses, grocery stores, etc. The host was very responsive. The beds are comfortable and the house is very clean. Overall this is a wonderful home.

Our team really enjoyed this property. There was plenty of space in the multiple bedrooms and spaces to meet as a Team. Our leadership was very pleased with how enjoyable the place was for everyone.

Title: Property Not Ready for GuestsWe booked this home for an extended stay based on the amenities and photos in the listing, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The hot tub never functioned during our stay even after it was replaced, we lost hot water at one point, and the washer and dryer both had major issues including a dryer vent that appeared to be venting into the wall near the primary bedroom. These problems led to repeated service visits and even construction activity while we were staying in the home.Several advertised or expected amenities were also missing or in poor condition, and vendors entered the home to install a washer after we had specifically declined interior access while we were away.To their credit, the property manager did provide a partial refund and goodwill adjustment. However, the overall experience made it clear the home had not been properly inspected or prepared before guests were allowed to move in. For a long term rental at this price point, we expected the property to be fully functional upon arrival.
