Friends! We are a USNA family (‘92) that loves this town! Walk to bottom of our Fleet Street and you are at the docks. Walk to the top and you are at State Circle. Garage parking now with EV! Although this blue Carriage House is from the 1800's, you will love all the modern touches including bluetooth speaker, smART tv with local artist paintings, recessed lighting, newer kitchen appliances, Nest thermostat and remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. People watch right outside our door at one of Annapolis’ most photographed murals. Go Navy Beat Army!!

Backyard currently being remodeled and not usable. Master Bedroom- Brand new king bed with Novaform mattress. Sconce lights for bedroom readers. New fan with remote and attached full remodeled bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - Queen homemade bed with new Novaform too. Everyone says how comfortable it is.

Pullout Couch - new and queen.
Please inquire if you plan to park in the garage. It is very narrow and walls are not straight. Please check your car size. New EV charger installed.

Charming perfection in a great location

This impeccably maintained home on Fleet Street offered comfortable spaces, large showers, great beds and a lovely private patio. We were able to cook full meals in the kitchen, as well as enjoy music from the Bluetooth speaker table, and watch the game(s) on the large TV. Having use of a private garage was a valuable convenience. The host was excellent, always available for questions or tips. We will definitely return to this charming rental.
