This is a single family home in a great Surprise. The whole house is yours. Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a large fenced back yard, patio, corn hole, and BBQ out back. Plenty of room to park with a 2 car garage and driveway parking.
We are local to Phoenix and the surrounding area. We were both born and raised here in Arizona.
Our family business is Cadaci Vacation Rentals.
We are probably a lot like your family. We love to get together to cook and eat, hang out and swim, hike, and travel. We love to take our dogs with us whenever possible whether it’s for a hike or a vacation.

Great Surprise neighborhood near main hub of Grand Avenue and Bell Road. Lots of shopping and dining near by. Grocery stores within 1 mile. Very close to Surprise Stadium and Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex. Also very close to the Arizona Cardinals and Coyotes sports complexes as well as many hiking trails in the White Bucket Mountains.
Getting around Surprise is easy, it is nestled between highways 303, 101 and 60 and a short drive to Interstate 10 which is the most direct route to the airport as well as downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. Free parking in the 2 car garage and driveway. No street parking, no trailers or campers please.
Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home.
Pets are permitted with advance approval. Pet fee is $50 per pet.
Please be considerate of our neighbors.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is not a party house.
Pets allowed with advance permission, additional fees may apply. Pick up after your pets.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No Smoking Allowed.
No Parking in the street.
BBQ: Clean the BBQ grill before leaving.
Trash: Excess trash, that does not fit in the trash cans must be removed by guests.
A $75 trash pickup service charge will be charged to guests if excess trash has not been removed.
Pets are allowed upon approval. Pet fee is $50 per pet
No parties. Family gatherings are allowed
Quiet time is 9pm-9am
