Our Palm Breeze Home have been updated in the last few years vacation ready! Just minutes from the beach, shopping, and area attractions, it is a great place for a weekend getaway or a longer term stay.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped for cooking your family meals. With 2 living area and abundance of couches, there is enough room for everyone to relax. TVs in the living room have NetFlix, Amazon, and Disney plus for you family's enjoyment. Wifi also available to stream on your own devices.

We have king size bed in Master bedroom, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and one with double full size beds. Inflatable beds is also available for additional guests.

Enjoy the nice breeze in the front patio with your morning coffee or enjoy family time in the back patio or front patio the evening.

This house have plenty of parking in the driveway for your cars and boat. Guests can park close to fence on grassy area. Garage is not available for parking.

We had a great time in nien house, The house had everything we needed and some extra stuff, HEB and Walmart are really close by. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of space for all of us. The day that we got there we had plan a day at the beach before check in, but we got really bad weather when we got to Rockport and Nien was really helpful and was able to accommodate us. She was always quick to respond to my messages and was very helpful overall ..

Quaint, large home in Rockport

My group of 8 with 2 dogs had a very nice stay. Nice, older home was clean and stocked with essentials.. issue with coffee maker was quickly resolved. Great location.. great communication .. great rates for a big group with pets! Would stay again..

2nd visit!

This is our second time staying at this property. It is the coast, so the floors were a little sandy when we got there. We had 9 people and 3 dogs. It's great for the dogs because we could block them in the kitchen and keep the rest of the house gor the people.

Great location, but needs electrical work done to the property

The house was in a good location and the price was right, but as soon as I tried to turn on the light in the back bedroom I was shocked. I let the property manager know and they told me the switch was taped down for that reason, but it wasn't taped down. The dishwasher didn't work and the ac needs to be updated, their is only one trashcan outside and that isn't enough for a big group. The owners asked that the trash be put into the garage (so they could dispose of it, but we were a group of 12 and that's a lot of trash to store for a full week) but that's gross and no one wants food trash in the house to bring in bugs. The wifi is good, so that was a plus.

Thank you for taking the time to review our house. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the dishwasher not working during your stay. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this issue while you were here. It's important to note that we had a new AC unit installed less than five years ago and it is regularly maintained. Given the extremely high temperatures in Rockport, with a heat index 115 degrees and higher each day, we did provide some suggestions to help keep the house cool. Please keep in mind that the living room, being the entryway, may take longer to cool down. After you checked out, we sent someone to inspect the AC unit and they confirmed that it is working as it should. Regarding the trash, we do mention on your way out to put it in the garage. The city only provides one trash bin per residence. However, if you had additional trash before the designated pickup day (Friday morning), we would have been more than happy to come by and pick it up for you. I hope this clarifies the situation and once again, I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are here to help!

Our trip involved three generations of family ranging in age from 74 to 12 and this property was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and plenty of private places. Everyone in our family loved our "home-away-from-home". Our host was very helpful and friendly. The home is close to shopping, the beach, bait shops, fishing spots, art galleries, restaurants, something for everyone in our group. If you are a walker, all of the above is within walking distance. If you drive everywhere, everything is just minutes away. If you are a "homebody/couch potato, there are TVs galore! Our family created life long memories and plenty of pictures to re-live our Rockport adventure. We had so much fun that our youngest granddaughter wants to make this an annual family tradition! We just might do that!
