Location is everything! We are decorated for the holidays! Walking distance to the all the shops, restaurants, grocery store and nightlife! 1.7 miles away from skiing, golfing, hiking, swimming. You can relax in this spacious 6 bedroom home, sleeps 15, with all the amenities, including a gas fireplace or sit on the patio by a gas fire pit with a view of the pond and the slopes. The furnished recreation room offers ping pong, bubble hockey, a pool table and a smart TV. Plenty to do for all! Across the street you will find a playground, skate park, tennis, basketball court, volleyball and nature trail. You will love all that Ellicottville has to offer in any season! So many fun festivals to attend!

I have always loved Ellicottville! I skied most of life and love all that it has to offer. My husband also loves to ski and golf. The golf course is fun and challenging at the same time. I think you’ll love this area as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
Location is everything!!! Walking distance to town and to all the shops, bars & restaurants is what I enjoy most about this neighborhood! Across the street you'll find a playground, tennis & basketball courts, skate park and nature walk. All great for families. The view of the mountains and slopes on the back patio is spectacular!
What makes this property unique
Our property is new and very spacious! We have a large living area and finished rec room in the basement! There is always plenty of space and a great time with friends and family !
