Myrtle Beach Condo For Winter Rental
We would like to rent our Myrtle Beach condo starting immediately until at most April. It has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It's on the top floor of building 3 in Pelicans Landing. The building has an elevator and parking underneath the building. The flooring was recently replaced with LVP. The condo is completely furnished, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Parking is limited to 2 cars. The HOA does not allow pets. This is a monthly rental.

Wonderful Stay at Pelican's Landing
We stayed at this condo for 6 weeks and had a wonderful time. The property is located across the street from a beautiful beach where we went for a walk frequently. The unit has comfortable beds, lovely plush towels, and everything you need in the kitchen to cook a turkey. The unit has a great layout and the washer and dryer are very convenient. Everyone is friendly and we were able to get in the pool towards the end of our stay. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely return to this property.
