About this property
Secluded, Safe, South of Town
Back off Road in semi-secluded partially wooded setting. Country Home, but only 10 years old. Ranch (all one level). Literally cant see any neighbors. Take walks down the lane to the back property, or just enjoy a private coffee/book on the front porch. You will have the property to yourself, other than some other development we are doing on the adjacent agreage, but that is always during work hours, and infrequent. We will take care of all utilities, internet, bi-weekly cleaning, and exterior maintenance. Our intention is for you to be completely comfortable, and this be your home during your stay.
Property does border the new highway, but its over 800 feet away, so depending on wind direction, you can hear highway noise from time to time.
