2BR Home in Award Winning Paseo Resort Community - Gated, Pool, Gym, Recreation
This modest 2br townhome is furnished with two king sized beds as well as a walk in closet in the master bedroom. If you need to plug in, there is plenty of space to get work done at the built in desk on the second floor.
Paseo has all that you could possibly need right at your fingertips. In the village center you will find a breathtaking resort style pool that you will never want to leave. There is also a lap pool, children's splash pad, and a hot tub available for use. Enjoy your poolside favorites at the Tiki Hut that has an ample variety of food and beverage options. Enjoy some live music on the lagoon pool deck or in the pub on select weekend evenings.
In the village center you will also find a spa, movie theater, ice cream parlor, the Bistro which is open for special events, the pub which offers weekly dining options, library, guest service center complete with events calendar, and full size gym complete with group class offerings.
With pickleball and basketball courts throughout the community, there is no shortage of fun to be had.
Enjoy a relaxing walk in the early morning or after your evening meal and enjoy the gorgeous ponds and the wildlife that will surround you at Paseo!

No pets are allowed
PASEO HOA requires all renters (& owners) to complete a backgroud check. If the background check is not completed or approved, I will have to cancel the reservation and provide a refund.

Fort Meyers work trip 2024
The condo was great, clean plenty of room. The owners were even better. The Somma’s took care of us like nobody else. Would stay at any of their rentals site unseen!

Great place and location. The owner of this condo was extremely friendly and response on all issues we can across. Nicely decorated and bedding was really comfortable. This was a great vacation away from Winter. Would highly recommend this condo & location.

Beautiful Paseo
We had a wonderful time at this condo in Paseo. It was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. If you haven’t been to Paseo, you must check it out. A true resort with everything you could ask for. Would definitely rent again,
