This welcoming property features 2 bedrooms with a king and two twin beds plus loft with tv, 3 bathrooms, walk in closet, walk in pantry and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped with a dining table for six, bar counter seating and a breakfast nook. Guests can enjoy amenities in a gated community with a fitness room, library, movie theater, restaurant and bar, tennis, pickle ball and bocce. There are French doors to a lanai off the living room for morning coffee or evening drinks. Comes with electric golf cart available for use and attached two car garage. Our place is available for longer stays of one month or more.

Why they chose this property

We really appreciate the warm weather of Ft Myers and all the outdoor activities. Paseo has great pools and beautiful landscaping for morning or evening walks. We appreciate the easy access to downtown Ft Myers as well as Ft Myers beach, Lovers Key state park and Sanibel island in addition to great dining and shopping.

What makes this property unique

We can walk to the pools, pickleball and tennis courts or take the golf cart. We love the privacy of our location on the front end of Paseo and tucked into a cup de sac. The patio feels quiet for coffee in the morning or evening drinks. It’s even shaded for lunch and we eat most our lunches out there. We’ve walked over to “The farm” for casual dinners and live music.
