Loved Our Stay!!

My husband and I spent three months at this very comfortable home-especially loved having the master suite on the first floor. The owner provides bikes which was a huge plus for us, especially when we had visitors. The location is excellent - close to airport, shopping and many wonderful restaurants. The Paseo has many great amenities which we also enjoyed. The owner was wonderful to work with - always quick to respond whenever we contacted him. We truly felt like this house was our "home away from home" for the 3 months we were there!!!

Perfect PASEO Location!

This lovely property was very comfortable and inviting. Situated on a corner lot with a water view, it was perfect for relaxing outdoors, as well as, indoors. PASEO is a terrific community that offers so much~ the Tiki Bar/Restaurant, the Bistro, the theater, and Irish Pub. We enjoyed the pools immensely, and the grounds are great for walking, running, and biking. There is also bocce, tennis, basketball, and more. We look very forward to experiencing this spacious casita in PASEO again soon! The owner was very easy to work with and got back to us quickly if we had a question.

Very nice condo in a beautiful gated community but........

Unfortunately we experienced a frustrating and avoidable misunderstanding with the landlord at the end of our stay. Suffice to say this landlord has a very unusual policy with respect to charging the tenant for the replacement of everyday household items (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, minor foodstuff, etc.) normally left on the premises by most landlords for the tenants convenience and use. It has been our previous experience in renting places all over Florida for the past several years that the use of these items are part of the prepaid rental price and there has never been an additional usage charge at the end. The landlord believes he was clear about this policy and we contend he was not. So for all future renters, we advise that you obtain from the landlord, upon arrival, a detailed inventory of all household items he expects you to replace in order to avoid additional charges.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful holiday at this property.Lovely home with very comfortable bed ,large living area, and close to shops and restaurants in Fort Myers. A friendly neighbourhood meeting for free coffee every morning before a swin in the lovely swimming pool. It was very helpful to have the bicycle to cycle around each morning.We had a lovely time at this property and will certainly.

Spacious home in beautiful Paseo!

Nicely furnished and spacious home in Paseo community. We enjoyed the sceened in patio, resort pool, basketball court, and gym. The owner was very easy to work with and very responsive. Shopping and restaurants close by on Daniels Rd.

Great home and community

We found this place for our summer holiday and have to say it was better than staying in a nice hotel. The place is much nicer than what we saw in the photos and it had nice new appliances and furniture. The community is absolutely perfect, with so much to do there. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. The only problem we had was understanding how to work the cable TV but he always picked up the phone for us. I highly recommend this lovely property to anybody.

Love this place!

We stay in Paseo every year and simply loved the location and easy access of this property. It is very well furnished and looks to have been updated recently. The best features of this unit are the private view of the water (faces directly onto the water), the master suite on the ground floor, and the loft/TV room upstairs for the guest areas. Landlord was very easy to work with. Easy process to book our stay.

Wonderful Property/Experience!

I was pleasantly surprised to find the property in even nicer condition than what I had seen in the photos/listing. I have stayed at Paseo for the last 4 years and this was by far the best property I stayed in. The location is ideal because it backs up on a pond so we had private views. It was especially great that the huge master suite was on the ground floor. The owner was very easy to work with and was very helpful with any questions we had about the property and community. We will definitely be in touch for our next stay in the Ft. Myers area!
