Great Sun City Location

We rented this house as we look into moving to Sun City. It’s a comfortable, updated house. And it’s in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Excellent!!

We loved this property. We come down every November to see family and this is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed so far. It was super clean. Everything worked. The kitchen had everything we needed. We watched the bunnies in the morning in the back yard and saw a coyote one morning! The beds were all super comfy. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property! Very well equiped and clean. Enjoyed daily walks in the neighborood and the ability to walk to the grocery store. The only drawback was the digital door lock on the front door would not work one night when we returned at 10:45 PM. Thankfully we were able to stay with relatives for the night, without our personal items or medications. The owner did contact us after we were settled in for the night and shared a backup plan, which was used for the remainder of our stay. The property owner sent a text after we returned home to let us know the front door lock is working fine.

We strive to provide 5 star experience to all our guests, and we have many happy retuned guests, perhaps Nancy did not know how to operate keypad, we also provided her with alternative way to get access the property, we can be easily reached via text message and we responding in timing manner, we have beautiful renovated home with all modern amenities, new furnishings, comfortable beds, stocked well with everything needed for comfortable stay, most guests feel like at home at our vacation home 🤗
