Overall very nice property. I was surprised at how much VRBO charged for fees! That was not disclosed clearly. The estimate I received when I booked and what was ultimately charged to my card was over 50 more.

We had a wonderful one-night stay! The space is small but incredibly charming, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. We really appreciated all of the extra touches, including coffee, creamers, a pitcher of cold water in the fridge, and the breakfast ingredients that were provided. The breakfast was delicious and made our morning so easy.The two window air conditioners kept the space wonderfully cool—we actually got a little chilly at one point, which was a welcome surprise in the middle of the summer heat! The jetted bathtub was another highlight and made for a relaxing stay. It's clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome with all of the thoughtful amenities they provide.A few things to keep in mind: there is a flight of stairs to reach the cottage, so guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns may want to plan accordingly. The floors are a bit creaky, which made it a little challenging to keep our baby asleep, and the kitchen sink faucet was a little loose. None of these minor issues took away from our overall experience.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and welcoming getaway.

While it was clean and easy to access for humans it was difficult for dogs. There are a lot of wooden steps to go up and down and there is no grass on the property in the back. It’s all gravel and hard on the dogs. Have to walk to get to a potty area. Also, the listing said two bedrooms. There is only one bedroom. The king bed is in an open living room with the sofa bed. The only true bedroom with a door is the queen bed.

Even though we only have control on our own website how that information is presented. We had hoped the name Treetop would help with driving home the fact that this cottage is upstairs. You are right, we do not have any grass in the back. I'm sorry the grassy lot next door or across the street was inconvenient. I hope you still enjoyed your stay.

Weekend in Little Rock

Stayed with another couple and had a great time. The place was nice and clean with breakfast as a nice touch. The place was at a good location and close to things we wanted to do. Would stay again and do recommend a stay here if visiting Little Rock.

Very cute suite

My family stayed here because we wanted to be close to downtown for a very short stop thru Arkansas. The unit was clean and decorated so cute. The only minor thing was I packed heavy, so i wish i would have known about the stairs leading up to the room, and i would have had a smaller over night bag to bring up to the unit. Overall, great experience.

After a demanding career in advertising, I moved home to Little Rock from Dallas, settled in the city's incredible historic neighborhood where I grew up and began Act III of my life ... so far my favorite. I love being a cottage innkeeper, working from my own 1880s farmhouse surrounded by peace , beauty and wonderful guests who seem to enjoy my updated, vintage cottages.

Why they chose this property

Rosemont is a farmhouse built in 1880 still retaining much of the original construction. I moved here from a career in Dallas advertising with the desire to restore this lovely historic house and turn it into my home and an inn. After 18 years of traditional innkeeping, I converted the space to private cottages. I love everything about my life in the house, the neighborhood and my cottages.
