The cottage was close to UAMS as well as places to eat and shop for groceries if you would like to cook. The kitchen was well stocked with beautiful dishes. I sat at the table and just looked around! The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels. I will definitely be staying there in the future.

Myself and my wife really loved this home. It was very clean, comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The host is very helpful and informative and has equipped the home with every amenity that you may need or want. I would most definitely recommend this property to potential travelers/visitors and personal friends. I hope this property available the very next time myself and my wife travel to LR. I would definitely love to stay there again.

Staying at the cottage was perfect for us. Comfy, convenient, location. Will definitely plan on staying there again. The master bath is a spa experience. After showering you can sink into a very comfy bed or go out for a delicious meal.

This is a cute little little spot that was perfect for our long weekend in Little Rock. It's super convenient to the interstate and many dining options are 10-15 minutes away. There is also a Kroger supermarket within easy walking distance. It was great fir our stay! Hope Its available next time we're in the City.

We enjoyed our stay here. Really thoughtfully decorated and we really liked the bathtub and upscale shower combination!The first day we couldnā€™t find any chopping knives or coffee mugs. The next day we found them clean in the dishwasher with other dishesā€¦Note that the checkout time is 10am and a later checkout is a 50 fee.Thanks for hosting us!

An early check in was allowed at no charge. This however did not allow time to remove clean dishes from running dishwasher. Sorry for inconvenience. The 10 AM checkout was a normal notified posted given time at the start. A later checkout was optional for a fee.

The host, Connie was fantastic. She was in constant communication with us about anything we had asked her. The house was quaint and very cozy. Perfect for two people but I wouldnā€™t want more than two. The kitchen had everything you needed for anything you wanted to cook. The bedroom was as very comfortable as was the living room. The shower was second level. Iā€™m looking into getting one for my bathroom.

Fast response. Clean house! Loved the bathroom! Very spacious. Lots of kitchen supplies if needed! The only complaint I would have, is there is a loft in the bedroom with no access?...So it makes it feel eerie, and the t v is too high in the living room for the placement.

That area above the closet is not a loft it is our heating and air conditioner system. Iā€™m sorry that you feel it was ā€œeerieā€ it is a very small home built at the turn of the century and it was before air conditioning so it was a challenge where to utilize the space. Iā€™m sorry u wanted to crawl up there but that isnā€™t a place for guests just duct work for the home.

We had a very comfortable stay in a lovely furnished home. I am asthmatic and have allergies and I had absolutely no trouble in this clean home like I do at hotels. The host was very good and accommodating. If we ever return to Little Rock weā€™ll stay here again.
