Across the street from Long Sands Beach. 15 minute walk to York Beach Center attractions. Cozy condo has one bedroom, one full bathroom complete with washer/dryer, a fully equipped open concept kitchen which opens up to the living room overlooking the beautiful Long Sands Beach. Walking distance to two beaches, a downtown area with shops and restaurants. Also just a short drive to golf, boat excursions and antiquing in nearby Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Parking for two cars in driveway. House is meticulously cared for. *Please note, out of an abundance of caution, we are not providing towels and linens this year.*

We had a great week! Amy was lovely. The place was clean. Waking up to the view of the beach was the best. Updated appliances (not that we are picky when it comes to vaca) and a washer and dryer was a plus! The bed was comfy. We couldn’t hear any of the neighbors all week. Perfect location with the Oceanside store right next door!

Could not have asked for a better stay

Amy was a great host! We were given clear directions for check-in and she touched base during the week to make sure we found everything we needed. She was responsive when we had questions. The condo was just the right size for us. We will absolutely look to rent here again!

Nice place, bed was too hard, Parking should be better stated outside, we parked in front of our door not knowing we just parked in the next door neighbor's spot, although there was plenty of parking they decided to block us in, we apologized 3 times and they just seem to be unhappy people and decided to give us dirty looks whenever we physically ran into them. NOT NICE. Otherwise we enjoyed staying there.

Great spot!

The goal was to wake up and walk on the beach. Goal achieved! Fairly quiet most days, traffic picked up as weekend approached, but still calm little area. Condo clean and convenient. Parking ok, until construction workers or neighbor renters did not know rules. We were not sure to put recycling and garbage because both were full upon our arrival. The mattress was not comfy to us, but we are old, so we bought a gel topper at nearby Bed, Bath and Beyond. Overall, it is a great spot, store/restaurants in walking distance, worth every penny.

Perfect spot on York

My husband and I rented this condo for about a week recently and loved it! It's directly across from the beach with great views! The layout of the condo is perfect, and it's very clean with a modern and welcoming décor. Great communication with the owner, we will definitely be back!
