Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
🌟Couple things we need your help with prior to you leaving:   Trash: Place all trash in the trash can outside, located underneath the stairs (on trash days the bin is in front of the house).
Dishes: Please make sure to wash all used dishes before you leave.   TV and Minisplit: Before your departure, don't forget to turn off the TV and heat/AC to help conserve energy. 
Lock Up: Please lock the doors and windows and place your set of keys back in the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please respect our neighbors and lower music by 9pm.

Perfect spot to get away just my wife and I. The location was just as pictured. It was wonderful waking up each morning to an ocean view and being able to cross the street to get to the beach. Highly recommend!

Short Stay at a Long Beach

Kim and I loved minisands, it was perfect. Combined with great weather and little to no cars blocking our view we spent most of the time enjoying a charcuterie board and drinks just listening to the surf on the porch.
