About this space
Cute 1 bedroom studio with office space located on Main St Dubuque. Less than 1 block to dining, coffee shops, and breweries. You'll feel right at home in our studio apartment. Located on the 3rd floor with great views, don't worry there is an elevator. Relax and enjoy all that Dubuque has to offer or get some work done in the office using our fast wifi, 50 inch smart TV, Desk, and Futon. Parking is on-street with meters or use our included parking spot 500 feet from the door.
The space
This is an apartment in a larger complex and is located on the 3rd floor (steps). The main entrance is off 11th St and parking is in a shared lot at the corner of Main st and 12th st. Details on parking location and space number will be shared. It's a large building and there is an elevator which we'll give you directions on how to navigate the building if you choose to utilize it.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and all closets.
Other things to note
There is coin operated laundry in a common area on the first floor if you need laundry. Child pack and play as well as Iron/Ironing board available upon request. Advance notice preferred.
