Guest Access:
The guest enjoys exclusive access to the entire upper level of the home, which includes amenities like the balcony overlooking the bay, BBQ, firepit, and fully equipped kitchen.

Guests also have access to the one-car garage with the option to park a car outside of that garage.

Washer and Dryer in the garage for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:
● Street sweeping is every Tuesday from 8:30am-12:30 pm. Guests are responsible for observing all street signs.
● Trash day is on Mondays. Trash bins are located on the right hand side of the gate when facing the home from the street.
● This is a smoke free, vape free home and no illegal substances will be tolerated.
● Please note that this home is intended for quiet enjoyment and is not suitable for large gatherings or parties. We kindly ask guest to respect the local noise ordinance, which is enforced starting at 9pm.
